Description:

ALSEAL Fire Retardant Sealant is a one-component, highly qualified odourless acrylic based firestop sealant that provides movement capability in fire rated joint applications. It has 4 hours fire rating under BS EN 1366-4: 2006. This product is also non-corrosive towards metals. After application, it forms a tough plastic elastic rubber by evaporation of water from the sealant.

Indoor joints with fire retardant requirements (joints between walls and ceiling, perimeter sealing of fire rated doors and windows).

It has good adhesion on most construction materials (concrete, bricks, painted wood, aluminium, etc.).
